The Boost, Motivation & Neural Reset I Needed - 10 Day Self Liberation Blueprint

Hi Everyone! So I initially discovered Josh's podcast last year, and have been watching the podcasts ever since. I got excited about going through the 10 day self liberation blueprint, and I wanted to share my experience, now that I have completed about a month ago! I used to be someone that had a habitat of going through material, especially video content very quickly, and not embodying the material. I started the course in May, and thought I would get through it in well under the 10 days. Instead, I took nearly 4 months! When I started in May I only got through the first few days, before I ended up travelling back to my country, and doing some intensive training for the next month out of country again, including going through a sacred plant medicine ceremony. This was my experience, just from day 1 back in May. I could not believe how powerful the first day was, I felt immediate results in my body during and following the guided breathwork. I happened to be on day 3 of a dry fast (something I have trained-in and am very passionate about), and my whole body started absolutely tingling. What a beautiful state to manifest from, that just really relaxed my whole neurobiology and brought me into very high states of calmness and coherence. It is pretty magical what has manifested since that initial breathwork session and dry fast :) Life is magical. I had every intention of continuing with Josh's program immediately following my travels ... This did not happen. Instead, I had the roughest 2 months of my life where I experienced high emotional turbulence and not feeling well at all in my body (something I was previously foreign to). Most alarming to me, was my complete loss of motivation to do anything at all. I previously was a highly productive person, such as with research, working, writing, training, learning, and teaching. I did not even have the desire, energy, or mental capacity to open up my laptop, or listen to a podcast or audiobook, which is one of my joyous things to do (thankfully back to that state again!). This low vibrational state and chaotic nervous system thankfully began shifting slowly over the course of September. I have never been a women that has been highly emotional or reactive and I was both of those shortly after I returned from my travels, after I officially got back home, after being gone for almost 10 months total, I felt slightly better, but still had hardly any motivation, energy, and still felt very emotionally charged and unstable. I then decided I did not want to feel like this anymore, and I thought I would just start Josh's program again from the beginning, and just take it day by day. I was pleasantly surprised, that after feeling angry, frustrated, charged and sad prior to starting Day 1, by the end of the guided breathwork I had a state of peace, gratitude, and calmness wash over me. I also was able to track some fear/control come up when getting deeper into the guided breathwork, before surrendering and getting to the other side of it. After this experience, I really decided to go through all the exercises diligently. Before the end of the 10 days, I had a restored sense of motivation return, while also feeling more grounded, and restored sense of clarity. The program even got me back to enjoying podcasts again, and extra mindful of my daily decisions. Thank you Josh for your high value program you offer at no cost to your tribe members! I have a science background, and it fed me in all the areas of your wellness pentagon. I loved that it highlighted some of the science of neurobiology but also dove into ancient hermetic teachings as well! I am now exactly where I want to be, with my body, state of mind, emotions, with some exciting new financial opportunities that are in alignment with the heart. The emotional side of the pentagon is what I recognize I need to work on the most, to come into greater coherence. I still have to continue to regulate my neural system, and the breathwork I have learned is most impactful. Still getting out of my own way to make time for breathwork daily, and notice I am still have holding patterns in my body. If you have not done the 10 day program, what are you waiting for!? Love & Gratitude, Jade
